UK STANDARD SHIPPING
We have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 to mainland UK addresses. With Free Delivery on all orders over £50. At the moment we cannot offer Offshore shipping, due to new Brexit limitations. As soon as we can, we will be updating our shipping options.
TWO MAN DELIVERY - LARGE/ HEAVY ITEMS
We offer a bespoke 2 man delivery service for all of our Larger Furniture Items, Large Rugs and Large Gym equipment. We use our own logistics team; Bravich Logistics. This means that your large items arrive with you safely and carefully.
- Once your order has been processed you will receive an email of the estimated delivery date (We strive to deliver your large items within 5-7 Business days from the dispatch date)
- Within this time frame, you will be contacted by phone to receive confirmation of your delivery date and 4-hour time slot.
- An email will follow the phone call, so you have all the information you need for your delivery at hand.
- Please provide the best contact number on your order as the delivery drivers will call you when they are an hour away from your address. This will allow you to step out of the property and come back in time to accept your delivery.
Please be advised due to the current pandemic, our drivers cannot take goods into your property, however, we can take it to your garden with your permission or place it just over the doorstep. For Large item delivery to flats, please note that the staircase has to be at least 90 cm wide.
